Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and each package will have delivery confirmation.

Q: I received my order but one of my items was damaged. Can I return it?

A: Yes you can! All orders are inspected before they are leave. However, things have been known to happen during shipping. If you receive damaged goods, email us at editor_1944@hotmail.com and let us know. The return/exchange and invoice must be sent back to me for ALL merchandise. No restocking fees apply for exchanges of damaged goods, provided you exchange for a same item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from 1944 Newsletter’s home base.

Q: Can I have my order shipped through someone else like UPS?

A: Not at this time. If you have a super big order, email us at editor_1944@hotmail.com and we can work something out.

Q: What if I lost my invoice and or return/exchange form?

A: Then I can not accept a return. PERIOD!!!

Q: Who pays the shipping when I send an item back?

A: You do!!! In order to be fair to everyone involved customer and seller, you are responsible for all shipping expenses to or from 1944 Newsletter’s home base. All returns or exchanges must have the invoice and return/exchange form included in the box.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! However, if you are having items shipped international, I require you to email me your order at editor_1944@hotmail.com and I will send you an updated total with the extra shipping fees through Paypal’s billing system.

Q: Can you discount bigger orders or packages deals?

A: For the most part no we can not, my items are discounted already very low as to provide the best quality and the best price to the customer. Saying this, if you have a big big order and are willing to wait or meet a certain price criteria, then maybe we can talk. Email me at editor_1944@Hotmail.com if this is your case.

Q: Can I wash my German tunics and trousers in a machine?

A: Good Heavens, NO!!!! Leave them dirty, they look a whole bunch better. Brush off any heavy soiling or mud. Hang it up to air out. Germans in the field did not get much of a chance to wash their uniforms; once they got unbearable they just got new ones, so just buy another set from us.

Q: I didn’t do what you said and I washed the uniform I bought from you and it shrunk. Can I send it back for an exchange or refund?

A: No! If you wash or alter an item in anyway I can not accept it back.

Q: It is past the 5 days to return or exchange in item, can I still return or exchange it?

A: NO!! When the 5 days are up, that is it.

Q: My item is the wrong size/color/anything else; can I return or exchange it?

A: Yes you can return or exchange it granted it is in a unused condition, a 15 percent restocking fee applies and you must pay for shipping to and from the 1944 Newsletter home base.

Q: Your items are priced very well, so whats wrong with them?

A: Nothing!!! Our items have all been priced with the regular Joe in mind who can not afford thousands of dollars on REPRODUCTION WWII stuff. Our items are some of the BEST reproductions on the market and I don’t feel I need to charge an arm and a leg to my customers. I just want to see more people be able to enjoy and afford the hobby. Our quality is excellent and all of our items have been copied from originals and in some cases cant even tell the difference from the originals!

Q:I have a question that is not on this page?

A:Please email all questions to editor_1944@hotmail.com, thanks!
